This place is located in a beautiful town surrounded by nature. We even got to see a family of deer passing by! The staff was friendly and upgraded us to a 4 people room. The hostel was clean and had plenty of amenities like clean towels, extra pillows, and toiletries. The all you can eat bread pudding was a nice surprise. The breakfast included was a bonus. One free beer at arrival and only $2 for extra beers. They also had a TV with thousands of oldschool Nintendo games.
Felt like being home, no complaints.

Staying at this hostel felt like being part of a big family with friendly staff and guests. The dormitory beds were comfortable for a sound sleep, and extra toiletries were available just in case. Breakfast was a do-it-yourself affair and coffee was made for guests. The location was great and offered plenty of outdoor activities such as hot springs, nature trails, and nearby coffee shops. The hostel served a free beer upon arrival and had an open dining area and a TV room.
Although breakfast was included, it was not served and guests had to serve themselves from communal shelves.

During my Easter holiday I stayed at a hostel which offered complimentary beer and had a great location close to downtown. I loved meeting and socializing with other travelers from around the world, which was definitely the highlight of my stay.
Overall The hostel was overcrowded and lacked basic hygiene standards, and I encountered difficulties getting access to the shared bathrooms. the room was overpriced for the facilities provided, which was just a bunk bed and no private amenities.

The location of this accommodation is fantastic, with downtown Bend just a few minutes away. It is easily accessible from major freeways, making it convenient for exploring the city. The history of the building adds charm to the experience, and there is a vibrant public space. The staff is hardworking and caring, creating a friendly atmosphere.
The bathroom also had mildew stains and chipping paint. Additionally, some staff members were judgmental of guests, which could make some travelers uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at Bunk & Brew in Bend for four nights and had an incredible experience. The location was perfect - just a short walk to downtown and situated in a charming historic residential district. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, making me feel right at home. The house itself had everything I needed, including a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area, and a spacious backyard with a fire pit and yard games. Despite being a hostel with shared bathrooms, everything was kept incredibly clean. It was a great value for the price and I loved the unique vibe of the place.
